Ask Questions About Cannabis
When talking to us, don’t be shy about the questions! There is no such thing as a stupid question, and if we don’t have the answer for you, one of our peers or resources might. It’s our job to help teach you and to stay informed ourselves. The more you ask about different strains, the easier it can be for us to pinpoint what you do and don’t enjoy in a high.
Moreover, keeping track of what bud you really like can do wonders for helping us suggest something new that might be up your alley…and if you have a list of what you hate, that’s even better because there’s a chance we may see a link in your dislikes that you may not catch!
Pay Attention To What Effects You
Things to pay attention to that can help us identify something you may really love are scents and flavours in the plant you smoke (and how you smoke it!).
Sometimes a specific terpene can mess with you, and if we can isolate a commonality between bud that really wigs you out, it will save you a lot of time, money, and even some emotional hardship if we can help you figure out what may be doing that!
Additionally, paying attention to the amount of THC you take in is important as well. Do you smoke a 0.35g J? A bowl? Do you reef on a vape? What sort of THC content do you look for? Do you like edibles or beverages? All of this can aid us in our search.
Sometimes it isn’t about what your body can tolerate in terms of getting stoned. It’s about what you feel you need or enjoy the most. You may be able to handle a 30% strain, but you may want your high more if you consumed some 16% THC flower.
Your sensitivity to THC has a huge impact on what you smoke, how you can blend it (after all, you can always cut something with a high CBD strain to mellow it out), and how much you can enjoy.

No Judgement Zone

Please tell your Budtender if you have experience with edibles when you are exploring them! 10mg as a limit may not sound like a lot, but if you haven’t had edibles before, let us know! While we can’t promise any effects with any cannabis products, we can certainly try and figure out how much you may need.
Everyone’s biochemistry varies, so our golden rule is to start low and go slow (read more about what to do if you’ve had too much right here).
